Everything we know about you comes from you. When you call, text a voicemail, send an email or fill in our estimate request, you decide what to share. That usually includes your name, phone number, email address, the address where charging equipment would be installed, your vehicle, and notes about your parking spot or property.

If you send photos of your electrical panel, your parking area or an existing outlet, we use them only to understand your project and prepare a price.

Our estimate request form does not store your answers on a server. When you finish the form, it prepares an email message for you to send from your own email program, and you stay in control of whether you send it.

Photos you select stay on your own device. They are not uploaded anywhere by the website. If you want us to see them, you attach them to that email yourself.

Once you send the email — or call us — your information reaches us the same way any normal business email or phone call would, and we keep it so we can answer you.

Like most websites, ours is delivered by hosting infrastructure that may ordinarily process routine technical information such as the request your browser makes, the general type of device or browser you are using, and network address information. That kind of information is a normal part of serving a web page securely and reliably.

We do not run advertising trackers or analytics products on this site, and we do not build profiles about visitors.

We use what you share to:

• answer your question or return your call;
• understand your vehicle, property and electrical situation;
• prepare an estimate, plan the work and schedule a visit;
• coordinate permitting and inspection where a project requires it;
• keep records of work we performed, including completion documentation and photos.

We do not use your information for unrelated marketing programs, and we do not enroll you in text-message campaigns.

Your information may be shared only when it is needed to do the work or is required:

• with licensed electrical professionals or other qualified people working with us on your project;
• with a permitting authority or inspector when your installation requires a permit or inspection;
• with an equipment manufacturer or supplier when a warranty or product question needs it;
• when the law, a legal process or a valid government request requires it;
• when you ask us to share it.

We do not sell your personal information.

We take reasonable care with the information you send us and limit access to the people who need it to do your job. No email, phone call or website is perfectly secure, so please do not send us sensitive personal information such as financial account or identification numbers. We do not collect payment card details through this website, and the site does not process payments.

Some pages link to manufacturer sites, utility programs or public resources so you can read more. Those websites are run by other organizations and have their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for how they handle information.

This site is meant for adults arranging EV charger installation for a home or business. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will remove it.

As our business grows we may add tools or services, and this policy will be updated to match what we actually do. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
